Session: Going Mobile with Drupal [Drupal Track, Beginner Level]

Mobile is taking over! You’ve just finished your latest super fantastic Drupal site and it looks stunning on your 24” widescreen monitor. But when you pull it up on your iPhone, do you just see a really colorful but blurry mess?

In this session you’ll learn:

• how to design your Drupal site for mobile devices
• how to show one version of your site to mobile devices and another version to larger screens
• how and when to use contrib modules, theming and 3rd party solutions to create your mobile site
• how to tell if mobile devices are even coming to your site, to make sure all this mobile development is worthwhile

David is Co-owner of Tarakan Design, a Dallas-area Drupal development company specializing in building online communities and content management systems for small businesses and organizations.
